WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We currently deliver to the following areas:
Brisbane - all suburbs within a 20km radius of the CBD.
Toowoomba - all suburbs within a 20km radius of the CBD.
Townsville - all suburbs within 20km radius of the CBD.
Mackay - all suburbs within 20km radius of the CBD.
Sunshine Coast - all suburbs between Coolum & Currimundi between the motorway and the beach.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO SUBURBS NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?
We will try our very best. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your options.
ARE THERE OPTIONS FOR DELIVERY TIMES?
Yes, you can select a preferred time at checkout. Please note this is only a request, we will do our very best to make this happen.
HOW IS MY ORDER DELIVERED?
Once your order is prepared, it is then transported in a refrigerated vehicle which is registered with Food Safe Queensland. This ensures the goods are delivered to you meeting national food safety standards. Your order should be transferred to a refrigerator or freezer as soon as possible. Responsibility for the refrigeration of the meat tray passes to the recipient once it is delivered.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AVAILABLE WHEN THE GOODS ARRIVE?
Ideally the order should be placed in the fridge immediately upon receiving. Therefore, it is best to have the order delivered to an address where someone will be available to receive it. Deliveries can be made to a place of work. If a work place address is listed as the delivery address then we will assume that accepting personal deliveries is within the company’s rules and regulations.
We realise that certain situations are unavoidable and sometimes, you may not be available to receive your order. If nobody is available to take collection of the order, we will do our best to contact you or the recipient on the number you provide us to discuss a suitable place for us to leave your order. If instructed, we can leave your order with a concierge, at reception or any place designated by you. If the goods require re-delivery, a $15 fee will be charged. Once your order has been delivered, it is no longer the responsibility of Say it with Meat or our supplier. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once we have handed over the goods.
MY BOYFRIEND IS A CHIPPY! CAN I STILL DELIVER TO HIS WORK SITE?
Yes! We offer cooler boxes packed with ice for an additional $8. However, please remember risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the recipient when we deliver them.
WHAT IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY DELIVERY?
If you find there is an issue with your order once you’ve received it, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery either via email. Please be sure to take a photo of the issue/damage and send it through to us at email@example.com
IS THERE A CUT OFF TIME FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY?
Yes, Same day delivery orders must be in received by 11am to allow our suppliers enough time to prepare and deliver your order by close of business.
CAN I PICK WHAT GOES IN TO THE MEAT TRAY?
It is up to the supplier what they put in each meat tray, however refer to the next questing about custom orders.
DOES SIWM DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes, we can! If you are after a custom order, please get in touch and we will do our very best to meet your needs. A minimum of 48 hours notice is needed for any custom order.
WHAT IF I ENTER THE WRONG ADDRESS WHEN ORDERING?
Please email us immediately. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct address when ordering, including the unit or apartment number if applicable. If you give us the wrong address and the supplier is unable to deliver the goods, we will charge you a $15 re-delivery fee to send it out again the next business day.
CAN I INCLUDE A MESSAGE?
Yes, it will be handwritten on our SIWM greeting card. However this will be limited to 200 characters.
